It's back to work at uni now, as today my year group had group tutorials with Steve May, who shared a lot of insight on character design, com-positioning using different animation styles and techniques to achieve realistic ideas for our final major projects (FMP)
So far ideas are all over the place, but after today's discussions I need to work on constructing a story rather than the characters at this stage - which will come in later. For now I'm focusing on the story which right now is about a father and son.
With more research I should have this nailed by next week or so...
